The outstanding files on PC1 (753) were archived. The facility has been out of service since may so there is no reason to send these files to PTAGIS. We should start receiving files on a normal 3 hr basis. 06/27/2011 07:39 Scott_Li Removed this site from the file submission checking until further notice. The satellite modem was removed and is being used for testing in the Kennewick lab. 06/01/2011 09:17 Darren PSMFC was informed that the boards were pulled and fish were evacuated from the raceways and into the volitional channel on 5-16-11. The channel was walked and all remaining fish were pushed through the monitors on 5-17-11. The facilities were then cleaned and shut down for the season. 05/16/2011 09:11 Darren The remaining fish in the raceways for both sites are being pushed out into the creek today. This was confirmed by PSMFC personnel with Charlie Strom (Cle Elum Hatchery Manager) this morning. The facilities will continue to run for another week and then be shut down for the season. The fish can remain the creek above the detectors until they flush the creeks. We will post that information when it provided. 05/16/2011 07:25 Alan MiniMon was exited briefly on PC1 to delete a zip file. Files CFJ11135.F1 - CFJ11136.C1 were manually uploaded. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. 05/06/2011 11:40 scottl the UPS on PC1 indicated 0 percent run time on battery. Replaced UPS but the replacment appears to also be faulty. When power up, the UPS just beeps like the battery is not charging or some failure with the battery charge circuit. Plugged PC1 into PC2 ups along with the Satelite modem. Run time on the 2nd UPS is 34 minutes. No activity was observed on PC2 while PC1 was down, gap files if needed are, CFJ11126.L2,M2,N2. This site is also scheduled to push fish out on May 16th,11. Al transceivers were tuned as necessary no problems ither than whats bean documented to report. 05/04/2011 08:12 Alan An isuue with PC1 caused MiniMon to create two TMP files between 0600 & 0900 5-3-2011. Possibly the facility's monthly generator check coupled with a failing UPS is the culprit. PSMFC will be onsite 5-6-2011 and will investigate further. Files CFJ11123.G2, H2 & I2 from PC2 were submitted to fill the gap. The two minute overlap is is inconsequential as no activity occurred during that time. Both PCs are currently functioning properly, no further problems to report. 04/22/2011 08:03 Alan A java automated update caused windows to crash on 4-20-2011. Files CFJ11110.D2 & E2 from PC2 were submitted to fill the data gap. Java automated updates were disabled on PC1, and verified to be disabled on PC2. Outstanding files were archived on PC2. No further problems to report. 04/15/2011 09:22 Darren The site VPN tunnel was down this morning but I was able to remote into the sonicwall and reset the tunnel. The communications are now established. 04/06/2011 07:53 Alan Facility operations caused PC1 to abort data collection twice, creating CFJ11095.C1.TMP and D1.TMP. Examination of PC2 showed that data was captured in files CFJ11095.G2, CFJ11095.H2 and CFJ11095.I2. Those files were submitted from PC2 to fill the gap. 04/05/2011 12:05 Darren A site GMC was performed today (4-5-2011). All transceivers were checked fro tuning, and noise. 10 test sticks were passed through the monitors with 100% detection. No problems were discovered during this visit. 03/16/2011 11:31 Darren Charlie Strom confirmed that the screens were pulled around 11:00 yesterday (3-15-11) at all three locations. 03/14/2011 13:18 Roger Performed site seasonal GMC, transceivers were retuned and calibrated as necessary, Threw 10 sticks on each monitor, could not run report tool due to issues with Minimon reporting tool. A visual of the data files indicated that the monitors are detecting at high efficiencies. No problems to report. Added Roger to the PCA hosts list. The utility PC should be swapped out. It is a gateway pro m-1000 PC that can be used for Multimon. Confirmed that the facility will be pulling screens tomorrow March 15th. 03/03/2011 10:32 Alan Data collection has been verified. Will remedy the lack of automated uploads when time allows. 02/28/2011 07:47 Troy On 2/24/2011 troubleshooting was conducted to find out why the site wasn't loading files. This resulted in two file gaps of 8 and 2 minutes. 02/24/2011 14:14 Darren The delinquent files were uploaded this afternoon. The Satellite system was on a "soft" disconnect but that situation has been resolved. PSMFC will monitor this system for any future "soft" disconnects. 02/24/2011 08:28 Troy I'm able to PCA into both PC1 and PC2 but I can not get a test file to ptagis from either PC. I've tried re-booting PC2 and that has not worked either. I will be contacting portland to see if they can re-establish the VPN to see if that helps. More to come.... 01/19/2011 07:57 Darren Charlie Strom of the YN informed me today that fish have been delivered to the Easton acclamation ponds (ESJ). They were delivered on 1-13 thru -1-14-11. They are purposing to have the fish delivered to the Clark Flat acclamation site (CFJ) on 1-20 thru 1-21-11. 01/18/2011 08:29 Dave Scott replaced two of the four timer tags last week.
