Any data gap is inconsequential as the site is down for the season. 06/09/2010 09:35 Darren This information was sent to me yesterday from Charlie Strom. These are the end dates for all three acclamation sites. The site shut down periods were as follows: Jack Creek- shut down May 18 Clark Flat- shut down May 25 Easton- shut down June 1 05/24/2010 11:20 Darren Site personnel informed us that CFJ site is in the process of being shut down for the season, the remaining fish in the volitional creek are being evacuated and raceways being cleaned. ESJ will be completed by the end of the week. 05/12/2010 08:12 Darren This message was received yesterday from Charlie Strom Cle Elum Hatchery Manager. We will be pushing out the remaining fish left at the three sites today 5/11/10. Thanks Charlie. 05/04/2010 14:39 Alan MiniMon was briefly exited on PC1 to delete a zip file. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. Files CFJ10124.C1 - E1 were manually pushed to PTAGIS. 04/29/2010 16:46 Alan Returned to the site to determine why PC1 went red in big brother. Upon arrival, BB still showed PC1 as red, but PC1 was able to send test files to PTAGIS, surf the web and be pinged by PC2. Soon after pinging PC1 from PC2, BB went green. I verified the network settings for PC1, reseated the network cables and rebooted PC1 for the second time today. The reason for BB going red for PC1 is unknown. 04/29/2010 13:43 Alan A GMC was performed 4/29/2010. All transceivers were checked and tuned as necessary. 10 sticks were thrown into each monitor with 100% detection. While setting the time on PC1, not all windows were being drawn correctly. PC1 was rebooted to fix the problem. The clocks on both PCs were set to within one second of atomic time. The temp folders were cleared on both PCs. Outstanding files on PC2 were archived. No other problems found. 04/24/2010 22:13 Darren The report is not showing any signs of not acknowledging the timer tags. It must have been an issue with the cache on my PC. The latest report indicates there were no failures. 04/24/2010 08:16 Darren I noticed today that the Timer Tag report indicates that the timer tags for all 4 antenna had not fired since the .F1 file yesterday. The raw files do have the timer tags in them so I am not sure why it would say "0". The site is functioning properly. I will monitor and try to have the problem corrected on Monday if it still exists. 04/24/2010 07:48 Darren I was able to PCA into the site and manually push the 5 delinquent files. I had to create a 20-30second hole on PC1 to remove the .zip file. I was not able to create a patch file on PC2 but there had not been any PITtag detections in over 2.5 hrs. The hole will patched on Monday when I am back in the office. 04/13/2010 13:33 Troy Contacted the site and confirmed that the data collection platform was still up and running and it is. The cause of the loss of communications is a mystery at this time. No power outages have occured at that the site today according to the tech on site. 04/07/2010 08:29 Alan MiniMon was exited briefly on PC1 at ~0815 PDT 4-7-2010 to delete a zip file. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. Files CFJ10096.D1 - CFJ10097.B1 were manually pushed to PTAGIS. 03/25/2010 14:57 Darren A site GMC was performed today (3-25-10). All transceivers were checked for tuning and noise. 10 test sticks were passed through each monitor. No problems were discovered during this visit. 03/15/2010 09:22 Darren The Screens at all three acclamation ponds are being pulled today, this was confirmed with Charlie Strom YN biologist. 03/14/2010 14:27 Dave I manually modified the FILE CLOSED time from "03:00" to "04:00" to circumvent a processing error associated with the shift from PST to PDT. 02/22/2010 09:34 Alan MiniMon was briefly exited at ~ 0930 PST 2-22-2010 on PC1 to delete a zip file. No activity was observed on PC2 during PC1's downtime. Files CFJ10053.B1 - D1 were manually pushed to PTAGIS. 02/18/2010 10:01 Darren The site was visited for the Pre-Season calibration and maintenance. The covers were removed from the monitors and water was evacuated if necessary. No timer tags needed to be replaced. The transceiver buffers were cleared and the data collection platform clocks were synchronized to within 1 second of atomic time and each other. 10 test sticks were passed through each monitor with 100% detection. 02/16/2010 17:35 Dave I flagged this site as "active" on Jan. 14, coincident with the first day that fish were delivered into the ponds. 02/16/2010 15:49 Darren This entry is for a prior event.
