    Charlie Strom confirmed that the Clark Flat Facility was dewatered on June
    15.

    I spoke with Vernon Bogar and Charlie Strom (YIN Cle Elum Hatchery) this
    morning and they informed me that on Tuesday May 15th the remaining fish
    at all three (3) acclamation sites will be pushed out of the raceways.
    They will begin clean up of all sites and will keep us informed as to the
    status of the facility at Jack Creek with regards to power.

    yesterday during a site GMC.

    I updated the CFJ Timer Tag definitions to reflect the recent modification
    on antenna B1.

    A site visit was made 3/9/2007 to change the timer tag on antenna B1. The
    new code is 3D9.0EEEEEE27E. No other problems found.

    Data file from this site are not being submitted on a regular basis. This
    could be due to a noisy phone line or bad connection. Will address this on
    the next site visit if necessary.

    B1:TestTagFailure:    Clearing alarms from GMC.

    A start of season visit occurred 03/01/2007. The monitors were opened and
    inspected for flooding. None was found.

    The transceivers were tuned and sticks were thrown. The results are as
    follows.

    A1  20/20
    A2  20/20

    B1  20/20
    B2  20/20

    2006's data was archived in it's own folder on both machines and both
    machines were re-booted. The buffers were erased on all transceivers. No
    problems to report.

    I was informed on Thursday afternoon by Charlie Strom that fish transfer
    was completed on Thursday afternoon. He informed that 6 raceways were
    populated.

    I spoke with Charlie Strom this morning 1-11-07 and he stated that there
    were no fish delivered this week because of weather conditions and
    freezing intake pumps. There plans are to fire up ESJ and CFJ next week
    without fish and let them run. Fish will then be delivered starting the
    week of 1-22-07. If this schedule changes Charlie will notify this
    office and we will post the information.
