(The last fish was detected on May 19.) I've updated the obs_site_dates table with this information. I've also modified the notification list in the etc/sites file to notify Kennewick staff of problems with scheduled file uploads from CFJ. 05/29/2006 12:05 Scott_Li Site did not load during it's last scheduled interval. It is unclear whether this site still is releasing fish or not. Historically the site is generally done for the year by this date. 05/10/2006 10:49 Alan A GMC was performed 3/1/2006. All transceivers were tuned. The monitors were sticktested with 10 sticks each, results following: A1 10/10 A2 10/10 B1 10/10 B2 10/10 PC2 is set to create a new file every hour. Both PCs' clocks were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 05/04/2006 09:50 Alan_Bro In recovery of PC1's crash on 5/2/2006: CFJ06122.G2, CFJ06122.H2, CFJ06123.A2, CFJ06123.B2, CFJ06123.C2, CFJ06123.D2 were manually submitted from PC2 via PCA. CFJ06123.E9 was created from CFJ06123.E2. It was truncated and submitted via email to fill the last portion of the data gap before PC1 came back online. 05/03/2006 15:28 Troy With the help of Vern PC1 was found to be locked up. It was rebooted and seems to be working well now. The patch files from PC2 will be loaded tomorrow. No files were produced on PC1 from 16:00 on 5/2 until 14:09 on 5/3 (PST) 05/03/2006 14:33 Troy The following problems with remote sites were detected; cfj: Last data submission was received on Tue May 2 18:06:57 PST 2006 Please check this out. Attempted to PCA into PC1. No answer. PCA'ed into PC2 and all is well with PC2. Contact YIN and I'm in the process of cooridinating a time that personel will be able to answer the phone and hopefully address this problem. 04/24/2006 09:58 Darren_C A site GMC was performed on Friday (4-21-06). All transceivers were checked for tuning and noise. 10 Sticks were passed through each detection monitor. No problems were found. Darren R. No problems were found with the communications or the detection system. 10 sticks were passed through each monitor. Darren R. Chase PSMFC Systems Engineer (509) 735-2773 ext.3 darren@psmfc.org 03/16/2006 11:20 darren I spoke with Charlie Strom today and he informed me that the boards were pulled yesterday (3-15-06) at the times listed below. JCJ - 8 a.m. ESJ - 9 a.m. CFJ - 10 a.m. Darren R. Chase PSMFC Systems Engineer (509) 735-2773 ext.3 darren@psmfc.org 03/06/2006 09:37 Dave I created and processed a 'CFJ_Timer_Tags.txt' definition file using the existing timer tags for antennas A2 and B1, and the new timer tags for antennas A1 and B2 documented by Alan on March 1. 03/02/2006 11:17 dlwarf@r A1:TestTagFailure,B2:TestTagFailure: Timer tags replaced. 03/01/2006 12:49 Alan A GMC was performed 3/1/2006. The timer tags on antennas A1 and B2 were replaced. The new timer tag codes are: A1: 3D9.0EEEEEE22B B2: 3D9.0EEEEEE1C5 The monitors were opened and about 2" of water was removed from each. The water was probably there since before the bypass system was installed (which is working quite well). The buffers were erased on all four transceivers. All transceivers were tuned. The monitors were sticktested with 25 sticks each, results following: A1 25/25 A2 25/25 B1 25/25 B2 25/25 Both PCs' clocks were adjusted to within one second of atomic time. No other problems found. 02/27/2006 11:14 alan@ruf A1:TestTagFailure,B2:TestTagFailure: These will be addressed during the next site visit. 02/24/2006 12:35 alan@ruf A1:TestTagFailure,B2:TestTagFailure: These alarms will be addressed next week. 02/24/2006 12:25 Alan_Bro PC1 locked up for as-yet unknown reasons at ~18:00 2/20/2006. PC1 was rebooted with the help of onsite personnel 2/24/2006. Files CFJ06051.G2 through CFJ06055.D9 were uploaded via PCA from PC2 to fill the gap during PC1's downtime. 02/23/2006 16:20 Alan_Bro PC1 appears to have a problem. Data collection has been verified via PCA on PC2. The fish screens are not yet removed and are scheduled to be pulled 3/15/2006. PTAGIS Field Operations will restore proper operation ASAP. -----Original Message----- From: pittag@psmfc.org [mailto:pittag@psmfc.org] Sent: Thursday, February 23, 2006 3:15 PM To: sitemaint@psmfc.org Subject: Problems with remote data sites...
