As of 12 noon on 5-30-01 all raceways at all sites were flushed of fish. I checked the creeks that lead to the exit monitors and since the water in the raceways has been drawn down the water in the creeks has also gone down. I did not see any fish in the creek. This would leave me to believe that all the fish that were flushed out of the raceways have left to the river. I met with Charlie Strom from the Cle Elum hatchery and he told me that they will performing their site clean up next week and should be completed no later than the 6-11-01. We will leave the platforms and transceivers on until they have completed their site clean up. 05/18/2001 08:42 Scott_Li General maintenance check found no problems to report.. ~ 2 weeks left for the fish to exit the ponds before the water rights expire.. 05/11/2001 13:32 Don_Warf Visited site for a general maint. check and found no problems. I spoke with Charlie from the Cle Elum Hatchery about the last days of release. They will start crowding fish the last 3 days of May if fish are not leaving on their own. The first week of June will be for clean up. 04/25/2001 08:09 Darren_C A general site maintenance was performed. Site Lockers were delivered to JCJ and CFJ and stocked with supplies. ESJ locker was installed the previous week. The combination code for the locks on these cabnets are standard with the rest of the facilities. 04/16/2001 08:10 Darren_C On Friday 4-13-01 all Three acclamation sites were visited for maintenance checks. 10 sticks were thrown on each monitor. A locker for tools was placed at Easton and stocked with tolls and parts. 04/04/2001 08:31 Darren_C Sites were visited to verify PST on PC1/PC2. About time was not removed because the computers are only syncing to each other and there is no gate functions. The generators at Easton and Clark Flat were tested yesterday. The commercial power was shut off at about 9 a.m. and the generators were fired up and were ran for 1 hour and then power was restored back to commercial. All transceivers were checked for operation and current/noise ratio. All were working fine. 03/16/2001 13:38 Scott_Li Final pre-season maintenece check was performed at this location. Transcievers were checked for low noise and current was optimized. Stick test: Coil B-1 detected 18 of 18 sticks Coil B-2 detected 18 of 18 sticks Coil A-1 detected 19 of 20 sticks Coil A-2 detected 19 of 20 sticks Screen were pulled from the Acc. ponds ~ 11:00 am 3/15 02/26/2001 13:46 Scott_Li Modified the line: SET PATH=C:\PROGRA~1\SYMANTEC\PCANYW~1\;%PATH% in the Autoexec.bat file to: REM SET PATH=C:\PROGRA~1\SYMANTEC\PCANYW~1\;%PATH% on Primary computers. This fixes the problem of the dialup networking putting blank buttons in the system tray after every successful login to the ISP... This problem is exclusive to the PcAnywhere installation at dialup sites only. The computers utilizing an I/P connection do not have this problem... 02/14/2001 08:37 Darren_C The coils were fine tuned and sticks were thrown through the monitors. The results are as follows: Coil A1 - 87.5% (14/16) A2 - 81.3% (13/16) B1 - 93.8% (15/16) B2 - 100% (16/16) The orientation of the sticks may be an issue on the A monitor. The coils are tuned and are well within the specs for current and noise. We will keep our eyes on this site. the boards on the raceways will be pulled on March 15th. 01/22/2001 08:23 Don_Warf Site personnel report that fish will be loaded into the raceways today.
