    21 December 2011 10:28:30 System downloaded and shut down to replace
    backup memory battery.  Restarted and collecting data at 10:45:00.

    System installed in 2008.  Official data collection began 09 November 2009
    at 13:44:26.

    High noise levels prior to turning and flashing MUX.

    Update and flash MUX on 10 February 2011.

    Video box install 14 March 2011.  Used old fluorescent lights.  Increased
    noise levels.

    Install LED lights on 15 March 2011.  Help reduce noise issues.

    Remove camera and LED lights 17-18 May 2011.

    Video box removed 6 July 2011.

    Video communication antenna disconnected 14 July 2011.

    All cords and surveillance camera removed from site 18 July 2011.  Reduces
    noise levels.
