EVENT LOG FOR SITE AFC The first line of each entry contains a date/time stamp & who is reporting. The most recent entry is listed first. Date Time Who ---------- ----- -------- 12/06/2012 13:56 Mackey Site is operating normally. High water peaked at ~275 cfs on 12/2/12 according to USGS gauge 13334450. Water is now at ~175 cfs and is steadily decreasing. 11/06/2012 11:14 Reid Site operations normal. Antennas were cleared of debris and tuned. 09/16/2012 19:31 Reid Antennas 3 and 4 and 6 were removed from the site temporarily on August 15th and replaced on August 30th. The antennas are tuned and fully operating. The read range for each antenna is >35cm. Site operations are normal. 04/25/2012 11:27 Reid We replaced the MUX at this site on 4/4/2012 and it was been working since then. Antenna 5 stopped functioning on 4/20/2012 due to the high water. The high water from snow melt peaked around 660cfs on 4/25/2012 at USGS gauge 13334450. 03/29/2012 08:14 Reid The MUX was shut down on 3/26/2012. I turned it back on on 3/28/2012 at 1:30pm. There appeared to be no problem with power access to the unit or the battery charger, so we don't know why it shut down. It is back online now and operating normally. 03/17/2012 13:40 Reid High water peaked at around 620 cfs according to USGS gauge 13334450 on 3/16. Antenna 6 is covering ~60% of the South Fork, but the thalweg is still flowing over the antenna. This site is operating normally. 02/22/2012 16:18 Reid Debris was removed from antennas. We built up the rock barrier on RR of antenna 6 on the South Fork. The water is rising, and this will help keep antenna coverage of the stream near 100% for now. 02/15/2012 14:02 Reid Site Operations Normal SF is 100% covered by antenna 6. 02/08/2012 16:51 Reid I used a mobile antenna wand to locate the tag that appears to be laying between antennas 1 and 2 but did not detect it. Water in the SF is up, but still 100% covered by antenna 6. 01/25/2012 18:02 Reid Antennas were also tuned today 01/25/2012 18:00 Reid Water is up to about 55cfs according to the USGS gage just downstream of the site. Fish 3D9.1C2DAF334D has been detected continuously at antennas 1 and 2 since October 2010. This may be why the noise on antennas 1 and 2 is higher than the others. The antennas are operating normally regardless. The mouth of the south fork is no longer frozen over. 01/17/2012 16:39 Reid One fish is hanging around antennas 1 and 2 which causes the noise to spike periodically. Despite the spikes, all antennas are reading normally. 01/01/2012 00:00 PTOC_Bot Annual log file initiation for AFC #### End of Event Log for AFC ###
