    AFC was hooked up to a modem on 8/20/11. Data is now uploaded daily to
    PTAGIS.

    Even though there are data gaps in the submitted files for AFC between
    1/1/2011 and 8/13/2011, the sites were operating continuously, 24 hours a
    day. The gaps are from mistakes in the uploading process.

    The power line to the MUX was down for a couple days. The batteries lasted
    long enough to keep the MUX powered and detecting until the line was fixed
    on 8/13/2011.

    Fork. The Thalwag is still over the antenna.

    The water appears to be slowly climbing after a large spike over the 14th
    and 15th. It is ~480cfs just below the confluence of the North Fork and
    South Fork according to the USGS gauge.
    Antenna 6 is currently covering 60% of the wetted width of the South Fork.
    However, the thalwag is still over the antenna.
    All Antennas are working.

    Water levels are very high. I measured ~65cfs on the South Fork (antenna
    6).
    Water was going around antenna 6, but with very little flow. I removed
    debris from around the antenna and the flow returned to being entirely
    over
    antenna 6.
