    ACB was connected to a modem on 8/20/11. Data is now uploaded daily to
    PTAGIS.
    Data from 8/13/11 to 8/20/11 was accidentally deleted while hooking up ACB
    to the modem.

    Even though there are data gaps in the submitted files for ACB between
    1/1/2011 and 8/13/2011, the sites were operating continuously, 24 hours a
    day. The gaps are from mistakes in the uploading process.
