Our reporting system is best viewed with Internet Explorer or Chrome.

If you use Firefox to view the Quick Reports or to work in Advanced Reporting, you may experience some JavaScript errors. These can generally be cleared by refreshing the browser page.

Internet Explorer 10 (IE10) is currently incompatible with both Quick  and Advanced Reports. We are evaluating the latest release of the reporting technology that is supposed to correct this problem.

The workaround for Advanced Reports using IE10 is to enable Compatibility Mode in the browser after launching the reporting tool.

As of October 2013, the issues with Internet Explorer 10 have been resolved. However, the recently released Internet Explorer 11 has similar compatibility issues and you should add the ptagis.org domain to the Compatibility View settings to ensure proper functionality in Advanced Reports.

To do this, click the IE11 settings icon and select Compatibility View Settings, then add ptagis.org to the Websites you've added to Compatibility View box. See attached screenshot image for details.
